HR Administration and Support

HR Administration is a sheer processing task that can be easily tranferred to an external service provider.

Even the HR Support can be provided professionally by an external service provider without imperative insider details. Due to the neutrality and distance of the service provider, it is a lot easier to recognize the causes of problems and concerns of the employees and, subsequently, initiate actions to improve these situations.

External HR service suppliers can conduct conflict-laden staff appraisals , e.g. concerning times absent or dismissals, with the appropriate empathy and sensitivity and thus "nice".

Within the scope of HR Administration and Support, we can provide the following tasks:

  1. Record the personnel files (create / manage / maintain, including filing of according correspondence).
  2. Prepare contract of employment including ancillary stipulations in alignment with agreements and guidelines (e.g. loan contracts or subleases etc.).
  3. Prepare employment references, warning letters and termination agreements in alignment with agreements and guidelines.
  4. Maintain correspondence with public authorities, administrative bodies, health insurance funds, professional associations, accounting centers, insurances and all affiliates in alignment with HR Administration.
  5. Prepare and issue of all attestations and forms in alignment with employment contract..
  6. Helpline and specialist contact provider for all employees, public authorities, administrative bodies, health insurance funds, professional associations, accounting centers, insurances and all affiliates in alignment with HR Administration.
  7. Conduct staff performance reviews (face-to-face or by phone).
  8. Monitoring and adjustment of salaries in alignment with given contracts of employment, wage agreements, company agreements - respectively upon agreement with our customer.
  9. Calculation of holiday- and christmas allowance.
  10. Monitoring and adjustment of all data relevant for accounting, e.g. direct insurances, capital-forming benefits, company pensions, pension funds etc.

Further services upon agreement:

  • Prepare job advertisements, employer appraisal systems and deviation analysis (normatice/actual) of job description and actual area of work.
  • Staff potential analysis und development of training.
  • Support in the field of administration, e.g. prepare work instructions.
