We support our clients to fulfill the ever-growing expectations on their own company, with the aim of maximum customer satisfaction. After graduating with a degree in Wholesales and Business Administration, more than 10 years of experience as an authorized signatory. Responsible for human resources and organisation in a branch company in Frankfurt, Germany. With more than 100 branches throughout Germany, it was one of the three largest retail chains in this branch of industry. Since 1986 in her own business as an independent human resources consultant with a focus on outsourcing of HR services for small and medium-sized enterprises.

After graduating in Economics, more than 17 years of experience in several leadership positions in international corporations in the field of the packaging-, print- and paper industry. Since 1995 Executive Search Consultant with his own business and until the end of 2024 Director/Partner with Stanton Chase International Stuttgart GmbH (www.stantonchase.com), one of the leading executive search companies world-wide.
